Bridging the Divide is conducting another Weekend Western Bus Tour from Brisbane on May 2016. You can meet the tour along the way and/or tag along in your own vehicle.
This tour comprises of meetings with landholders and community representatives in areas affected by coal, CSG and other unconventional fuel developments in the Darling and Western Downs.
Friday 6th May 2016 – depart Brisbane 9am
Roma Street Transit Centre (or as previously arranged)
Destination: Columboola Country, via Acland,
Lunch at Oakey. Meet with local landholders.
Dinner at Columboola Country with presentation by local landholder.
Saturday 7th May – Tour of Cameby and surrounds with local landholders
Lunch – Miles
Dinner – BBQ Cameby Hall with local landholders
Return – Columboola Country
Sunday 8th May – Tour of area with local landholders
Lunch – Chinchilla
Dinner – Coolumboola Country
Monday 9th May – Return via Broadwater Lakes
Arrival Brisbane approx. 5pm
Food – $15 per meal or BYO (Please advise if BYO on registration form). Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements.

$10 camping pp, per night
Transport – $160 (includes petrol and bus hire for four days)
